Naga Morich
In recent tests, one Naga Morich pod registered a mind blowing 1,598,227 SHU, thats 4 times hotter than the previous world record holder - the Red Savina Habanero. The thin walled wrinkled pods have a high degree of variability in shape although they are generally wedge shaped with three locules and average about 2 inches long by 1 inch wide. They ripen from a rich green through to yellow/orange and finally to a rich red approximately 120 days after transplanting.

Mild, A classic wax type Italian pepper that is slightly wrinkled with a fine flavour for eating fresh or pickled. Pepperoncini plants produces abundant yields of long yellow-green 4in fruit which mature to red approximately 62-72 days after transplanting.

Bulgarian Carrot
Also known as 'Shipkas' this charming heirloom was supposedly smuggled out through the iron curtain 20 years ago. This attractive white flowering 2ft plant produces good yields of 3 to 3.5 inches long by 0.625 to 0.75 inches wide glossing orange coloured peppers resembling carrots. The peppers are hot and mature from green to yellow and then to orange approximately 65-70 days after transplanting. The peppers are crunchy and are used to make pickles, salsa, jellies and marinades.

Pimiento de Padron
Pimientos de Padrón are small green peppers named after a town in Galicia Spain. They are usually fried in olive oil and serve with salt as a tapa. At their best, eating them is rather like playing Russian Roulette; although they are all delicious, about one in five will leave you reaching for the milk

Super Chilli
This very productive low spreading habit hybridisaed F1 variety is an excellent cropper. One plant can produce upto 300 pods which are very pungent measuring between 30000 to 50000 schoville heat units. The 2 1/2" x 1/2 pods and similar in shape and size to 'Thai Dragon' but they have a thinner skin. The pods ripens from light green to orange and finally to red approximately 75 days after transplanting. They can be used fresh, dry or pickled

Poblano Chilli Plant
This versatile chilli can be used in numerous ways including sauces, salads, stews and they are also large enough to stuff. Medium sized pepper with a mild to medium heat level which makes it fantastic for use in the kitchen. We stuff our Poblano with rice and mixed beans, then roasted for 40 min's and they are absolutely fantastic, 1 is never enough.

Serrano Del Sol
This small bushy plant has the distinctive hairy leaves and is a prolific producer of cylindrical shaped 3-3 1/2" fruits that mature from dark green (55 days) to scarlet red (75 days) The peppers are fleshy and meaty with the unique Serrano flavor so popular in Mexican cuisine. Measuring about 5,000 Scoville units, they are about the same pungency as a jalapeño, and are quite versatile for sauces, salsas, or flavoring.

Chilli Plant

Chilli Plant
The plant typically grows 12" tall when grown in pots. When spaced closely together, makes a uniform and colorful display. The pods grow upright on the plant, with each plant having hundreds of small fruits less than 20mm long. The dark leaves show off the coloured fruits as they ripen from purple to yellow to orange and lastly to red.
