Benington Lordship Chilli Festival

Sunday 30th & Monday 31st August, 10am - 5pm.

Started in 2006 the Chilli Festival is a very popular family event attracting thousands of visitors over two days, offering a chance to buy Chilli plants, products and sample foods from around the world. Stalls are set up in the sheltered courtyard and Rose Garden where many different dishes are cooked fresh. A wide range of refreshments is provided to help you cool down, including cold beers and ice creams.

The Lakes Chilli Fest at Levens Hall

15th & 16th August 2009

The first ever Chilli Fest in the north of England was held at Levens Hall on the 16th and 17th August 2008 10am - 4pm. The growing popularity of hot food together with the ever-growing range of chilli products now available has prompted this entertaining weekend which is already attracting chilli aficionados and stall holders from all over the country.

West Dean Gardens Chilli Festival

8 & 9 August 2009

An amazing event with 100 stallholders and over 250 chillies and sweet peppers on display in the restored Victorian glasshouses, in all shapes and sizes from Apache to Wild Fire, Banana to Carrot and Titanic. There will be food tasting, chilli growing and cooking demonstrations. As well as chilli chocolate, ice cream and fruit juices, Latin rhythms and salsa dancing. Truly a day to remember.

The Great Gardening Show 2009 (GGS '09)

Friday 17th - Sunday 19th July

Now in its 13th year, our flagship event continues to grow with more stands than ever. Attractions include expert advice in the Gardener's Forum, show gardens, specialist nurseries, gourmet food, tools, garden statues, horticultural antiquities, books, clothing, and Loseley dairy and baked products. Open 10am - 6pm daily, Admission £6 and £7.

Specialist nurseries from all over the country offer rare and unusual seeds, plants, tree and garden paraphernalia for sale, in our beautiful parkland beneath Selborne Hanger. Reduced entry all weekend to the house, fair and gardens all for £5!! Free parking

Crumbs are selling our pimientos de Padron and our hot green and red chillies

Crumbs can be found at Shoots Garden Centre on the A24 (Northbound carriageway). Visit our new store at the top of the parking area just before you enter Shoots. There is free parking on site. James and Simon would love to see you at the new store, so please pop in soon.

We are part of Crumbs fair trade policy which means they give us a premium for our produce.
