We use a paypal online account to process orders so purchases are fully covered by paypal online security.
Please use the "Fresh Chillies", "Chilli Plants" or "Dried Chillies" tabs on the navigation bar to view all the products on sale. Each page has a view cart button at the top of the listings which you can press at anytime to view the status of your shopping basket
Plant Pre Orders
We operate a plant pre order system when it is possible to secure your plants early in the year, but we send the plants out during spring (April -June)
From about June we will have plants that are ready to be shipped out directly so if you are not happy with paying for your plants possibly months in advance then please wait until the availability status changes from 'Pre-order' to 'Now'
With this system we are unable to state actual shipping date until about a week or two before the plants are dispatched
We may have to substitute some plants if we experience seed failure of crop damage for what ever reason
Some chilli varieties have a very long growing period and may take longer to ship. Such plants as the Naga Morich and Habaneros start very slowly sow they may not be ready to ship well into the season.
We only send the chilli plants out when they are a specific size, this it to ensure that the plants are strong enough to survive the postage system
We will send out regular updates via email so please ensure that we have to your correct email address
Fresh Guarantee
All chillies shipped are picked fresh from our nursery in Whitland, Carmarthenshire and packed on the same day to ensure that they get to you in the best condition
We use Royal Mail First Class post Monday - Thursday,. If you order on Friday we will aim to send your Order on the following Monday
We aim to get your orders out as quick as possible. During busy times in the growing season it may take up to 5 days until you get your order. We also need good sunny days for our crop to mature so if we have been experiencing poor weather conditions it may be up to 10 days until you receive your orders.
We can also take phone orders and orders by email
We can also supply bulk orders and source any chillies you require
Postage and Packaging costs
Chilli plant orders have a postage cost of £3.00 per box of four chilli plants.
Chilli plant orders have a postage cost of £4.00 per box of Six chilli plants.
Our postage costs for fresh and dried are currently based on the final total of order
- Orders less than £10.00 GBP, postage and packaging will be £2.50
- Orders between £10.00 GBP - £19.99 GBP, postage and packaging will be £3.50
- Orders between £20.00 GBP - £39.99 GBP, postage and packaging will be £4.50
- Orders between £40.00 GBP - £69.99 GBP, postage and packaging will be £5.75
- Orders between £70.00 GBP - and up, postage and packaging will be £8.50
